During an attempt to login to MindManager for Windows, the "Network error" message is shown:
Internet Explorer misconfiguration.
To troubleshoot this situation, do the following:
- Click the Start menu and type Internet Options, then click on the suggested item.
- Go to the Advanced tab and uncheck the Do not save encrypted pages to disk option. Then click the Apply button, and try signing in to MindManager again.
If the previous step didn't help, or if the option was already disabled, please click the Reset button under the Reset Internet Explorer settings pane to reset Internet Explorer settings and then try once again.
