MindManager Return Policy

For products purchased in the MindManager Online Store:

Within 30 days of your MindManager product purchase, you may request a full refund, for any reason.
To receive a refund, please submit your request to cleverbridge Customer Service with your order details.
Automation allows you to get a refund quickly if all the requirements are met:

• We cannot accept a refund if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase.
• We cannot accept a refund for a contract renewal if you have not canceled the contract before the renewal date. To cancel your subscription in time, please click on the link under "Subscription cancellation" in your order confirmation email.
• MindManager cannot refund purchases made through other online stores or authorized reseller. Please contact the respective online store or reseller directly and clarify the return conditions with the retailer.
   

Note: upon arranging a refund for a new purchase, you won't be able to keep using the license.
