Do your users use different MindManager versions?

It always makes sense that all users work with the same MindManager version.
Maps created in different versions are only compatible with each other to a limited extent, as the more recent version contains additional features that cannot be read or processed by a previous version.
The latest MindManager version can display all MindManager maps (in *.mmap format) from older versions.

The parallel installation of different MindManager versions on one device can lead to add-ins developed for MindManager no longer working. The Microsoft Office AddIns, for example, only work in one MindManager version.

We recommend that you always use the latest MindManager version for which you have a licence.
